"It rarely works. Doesn't connect, or when it does it takes 3 mins to change camera views. The motion sensor on cameras is iffy at best. Sometimes it registers, sometimes it doesn't. Remote lock/unlock of doors is the worst. Indicates it's locked when it isn't and vice versa. And only once in a great while does the app actually unlock the door when prompted to do so. There's no way this app is rated 4.7. Look at the feedback from the last 6 months with nothing being done. They don't care."

"At first i was a huge fan of adt. As of lately it has left a bad taste for me. What many other clients of adt are mentioning here is true. Trouble after trouble after trouble and im getting fed up with the "delete the app then re-install it again". Camera in my back yard was fine for about a month then it goes out. Now im being charged to have another one put in place. Then when an associate of adt shows up to your house, parks in your drive way as if they live here. Im switching to ring."
